We offer both individual and group counseling to help you end your overeating. The first step is to set up a one-on-one consultation. We will learn about your history with food and weight, and explain/answer any questions you have about our approach. Together, we will decide if this approach is right for you.

At the Chicago Center for Overcoming Overeating, Inc. we look at your overeating in a holistic way. We help you to become in tune with your body and yourself as you work on issues such as:
